Where is my parcel?
Enter your waybill number and we will show you both legs of the journey — the international shipment, and the local courier delivering it to your door.
Two legs, two kinds of tracking
Your goods travel in a consolidated international shipment alongside other customers' goods — from Vietnam, the United Kingdom, Germany or wherever they were collected. We track that leg ourselves through six milestones, from the moment your parcel reaches our warehouse to the point it arrives at a delivery hub in the destination country, adding a note at any step where there is something you should know.
The final leg is handed to a local courier — DPD, Parcelforce, Evri or whoever serves your area best. That company issues its own tracking number, which we show you here along with a direct link to their website, so you can follow the parcel right up to your door.
A large order may be split across more than one shipment, and more than one local delivery. If that is the case you will see each one listed separately.
Sending to Vietnam? Every parcel you post to our warehouse abroad is listed here as soon as it arrives, so you can check it has been received. From there it follows the same journey: an international shipment to Vietnam, then a local courier to the recipient's door.
